Duties Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders with precision using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Process cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring smooth retail sales operations. Prepare beverages efficiently, following recipes and safety standards to deliver quality drinks promptly. Manage food service customer order management by coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing prep areas, utensils, and equipment regularly, adhering to food safety standards. Upsell menu items and suggest add-ons to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Assist in bussing tables, cleaning the truck interior, and ensuring sanitation protocols are followed at all times. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with high-paced environments. Culinary experience or food handling knowledge is a plus, ensuring safe preparation practices. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Proven ability in cash handling, POS operations, and retail sales transactions. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing change. Experience operating kitchen equipment and maintaining sanitation standards in a food industry setting.
