You'll work alongside passionate professionals committed to delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining impeccable food safety standards. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and sanitizing workstations Support cooking activities by following recipes and instructions from chefs or supervisors Handle food safely by adhering to proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures in line with food safety regulations Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions Provide excellent guest service by ensuring timely delivery of orders and addressing customer needs promptly Support banquet setups and service during special events or large group functions Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key! Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is essential Experience with food preparation, cooking, serving, and bussing enhances your suitability for this role Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced setting comfortably Prior banquet experience or hotel kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us to bring energy, passion, and professionalism to our bustling kitchen!
