Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
• Process payments using cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and production areas
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably within the food industry
• Knowledge of culinary practices and menu items
• Familiarity with Par POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
