Job Overview We are seeking part time or full time enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members, and shift leaders to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative setting and are passionate about providing quality service in the food industry. Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency. Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items and handling inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining inventory levels as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Support kitchen operations by assisting with food handling and preparation tasks. Experience Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary experience is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Customer service experience with a focus on sales and upselling techniques. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
