Duties Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to company standards with speed and accuracy Operate POS systems to process customer orders efficiently Manage food service customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing surfaces and properly storing ingredients Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting sanitation protocols to uphold food safety standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including slicing machines, ovens, and refrigeration units Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, upselling menu items, and addressing inquiries promptly Skills Proven experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast food environments Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering delicious food with a smile!
