What You'll Do Wash, chop, slice, and dice fresh vegetables like a pro Prepare sauces, dressings, and marinades Portion and prep proteins so the line is ready to roll Label, date, and rotate everything so the kitchen stays fresh and organized Keep the walk-in and prep areas spotless and stocked Follow recipes carefully so every dish tastes just right, every time Help out on the line or with dishes when the team needs an extra hand Follow all food safety and sanitation standards What We're Looking For Prep or kitchen experience is a plus, but we'll train the right attitude Comfortable with a knife, or excited to get comfortable with one Dependable and on time.
