Temp-to-hire Job Description We are hiring Back of House Team Members to join a busy sandwich shop. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and taking pride in preparing quality food in a clean and organized environment. No previous restaurant experience is required. Training will be provided to help you learn the menu, food preparation procedures, and daily kitchen operations. What You'll Do Prepare ingredients and food according to established procedures. Assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently. Follow recipes, portioning standards, and food preparation guidelines. Communicate with the front-of-house team about orders and special requests. Keep kitchen and food preparation areas clean and organized. Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, utensils, and other areas. Stock ingredients, supplies, and other items as needed. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures. Help with opening and closing kitchen duties. Maintain a clean and ready-to-work station throughout your shift. Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and accuracy. Help other team members when needed. What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable. Hardworking and willing to stay busy. You should be comfortable with:

Standing and walking for extended periods. Bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements. Lifting and carrying supplies as needed. Performing cleaning and stocking duties.
