Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic culinary team. As a vital part of our kitchen operations, you will contribute to providing exceptional service for our guests. This role requires a passion for food, a commitment to food safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist in food preparation and cooking. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and prepping for the next few days. Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations at all times. Support the team during busy service periods by helping with various kitchen tasks as needed. Participate in kitchen setup and breakdown, ensuring all food service areas are well-prepared. Collaborate with fellow team members to deliver high-quality service and maintain a positive atmosphere. Skills Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations or ability to complete a food safety course and obtain a license within 90 days. Ability to work efficiently in a kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to support colleagues effectively.
