Duties Prepare and assemble po' boy sandwiches according to established recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers, grills, and toasters Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations at all times Manage customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions smoothly Ensure timely food preparation and delivery to maintain quick service pace during busy hours Requirements Prior experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or food industry roles preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain sanitation standards Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire Previous experience in café, restaurant, or grocery store environments is advantageous Join us as a Po' Boy Maker and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to serving up delicious sandwiches with enthusiasm!
