The ideal candidate will take and process orders, assist customers with menu questions, coordinate with kitchen staff, manage pickup orders, and maintain a clean and organized front counter. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional front-counter service. Take dine-in, pickup, and takeaway orders accurately. Enter customer orders into the POS system and process payments. Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, toppings, and available options. Communicate special requests, modifications, and dietary concerns to kitchen staff. Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure orders are prepared accurately and promptly. Verify completed orders for accuracy and completeness before handing them to customers. Package pizzas, sides, beverages, and other menu items securely for pickup and takeaway. Organize pickup and delivery orders for efficient customer handoff. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front counter and service area. Restock pizza boxes, bags, utensils, napkins, condiments, cups, and other supplies. Assist customers with routine questions and service concerns in a courteous manner. Support dining area cleanliness and general restaurant service when needed. Follow cash-handling, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties. Support kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy service periods. Qualifications Previous pizza restaurant, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Experience with POS systems and payment processing is helpful. Strong attention to order accuracy and service quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good multitasking and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods during shifts. Ability to follow restaurant procedures and food safety standards. Willingness to assist with various front-counter and restaurant duties. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
