Cook wings and fries using commercial fryers, managing timers and basket positions accurately. Sauce and garnish bone-in wings, boneless wings, and chicken strips to order. Filter and replace fryer shortening daily following strict safety rules. Clean tables, chairs, doors, and windows in the dining room. Restock bathroom supplies and sweep the floors throughout your shift. Complete opening or closing tasks depending on your assigned schedule.
