Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately via phone or in person using POS systems. Operate cash registers, process retail sales transactions, and handle cash, credit, or digital payments efficiently. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the register area, food prep stations, and dining space. Manage food handling procedures with attention to safety regulations, ensuring proper hygiene and sanitation practices are followed. Support kitchen staff by operating kitchen equipment when necessary and coordinating order flow for quick service delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly Strong time management skills to handle multiple customer orders efficiently during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow health regulations diligently.
