Paid Training What You'll Do:

Practice the Chick-fil-A Core 4: Share a Smile, Create Eye Contact, Speak with a Friendly Tone, and Always say "My Pleasure" Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep Prepare, cook, and assemble food to Chick-fil-A standards Keep kitchen areas clean, stocked, and organized Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A Execute position-specific best practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge through in-house training Complete assigned opening and closing tasks Follow food safety and restaurant procedures at all times Encourage and uphold the vision and values of the restaurant Contribute to a fun, caring, and team-oriented environment Communicate effectively with guests and team members Display a professional, positive attitude at all times Adhere to dress code and appearance standards Maintain a clean, welcoming environment Receive and apply feedback to grow professionally Support the team and contribute to a positive workplace culture Perform other duties as assigned
