We're a busy, hands-on restaurant serving ramen, donburi, appetizers, and other Japanese-inspired dishes. Our kitchen is practical and fast-paced, and everyone works together to keep prep and service moving smoothly. What You'll Do Kitchen team members help with both preparation and daily service. Depending on your experience and the needs of the kitchen, responsibilities may include: Preparing ingredients for ramen and other menu items Portioning and organizing ingredients for service Working assigned stations during lunch and dinner Cooking and assembling menu items according to our recipes and standards Maintaining a clean and organized workstation Washing, cleaning, and completing general kitchen tasks as needed Receiving and properly storing ingredients Helping other team members during busy periods Our ramen preparation involves several in-house processes, and team members will be trained on the recipes and procedures needed for their position. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team. Previous experience working in an Asian restaurant or similar fast-paced kitchen is strongly preferred. Familiarity with ramen, Asian ingredients, wok cooking, prep work, or high-volume restaurant service is a plus, but we will train the right person on our specific recipes and systems.
