Job Summary:

As a Service Staff member, you'll be the face of the restaurant. You'll greet and take care of customers during both dayparts- lunch and dinner—while maintaining high standards of quality, speed, and cleanliness. You'll work closely with other staff members to take orders, answer the phone, run food to customers, and maintain a good customer service atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Greet customers when entering or leaving the building Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before each shift Operate our POS computer system, delivery tablets and handling money Maintain cleanliness and organization of your stations dining room, bathrooms and part of the kitchen Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and desserts Taking customer orders either at the counter, online or over the phone Taking customer orders out to the dining room or vehicles Communicate effectively with team members and support a positive customer service environment Adapt to changing menus, specials, and seasonal offerings Qualifications Previous experience is preferred (but we're willing to train the right person) Ability to work in a fastpaced, highvolume environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Familiarity with the menu items and able to answer questions Reliable, punctual, and teamoriented What We Offer Flexible scheduling and shift options Opportunities for advancement and crosstraining Staff meals and employee discounts A fun, inclusive, and fastmoving work environment Ready to bring the heat?
