Overview We're on the lookout for motivated and reliable Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is all about supporting smooth kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, and delivering excellent guest experiences. Whether you're experienced in restaurant settings or eager to learn, you'll play a key part in preparing, serving, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks following established recipes and safety standards. Support food running and serving duties to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests. Maintain cleanliness by regularly cleaning workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Help with bussing tables and clearing dishes to keep dining areas tidy and welcoming. Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures at all times. Participate in manual handling activities including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when needed. Skills Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or kitchen environments is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interactions. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform manual tasks including heavy lifting with safe practices. Experience with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus. In-person customer service skills to assist guests courteously and efficiently. Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, serving, and kitchen operations. Pay:
