This position is responsible for assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, supporting kitchen operations, and ensuring guests receive high-quality food in a timely manner. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation according to recipes and restaurant standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment as needed. Stock and rotate food products following food safety guidelines. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries. Support cooks and other kitchen staff during busy service periods. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Help with opening and closing kitchen duties. Qualifications Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible availability, including morning, evenings, & weekends.
