In this role, you will serve food and beverages, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure every guest feels valued and cared for. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food service expertise while working in a vibrant environment that celebrates culinary excellence and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take their orders efficiently, and serve food and beverages promptly using SpotOn POS system. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including processing payments via POS systems Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and fostering positive guest relations throughout their visit. Skills Proficiency with POS systems for efficient order entry and payment processing. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours. Previous restaurant experience is preferred Effective communication skills for guest relations, team collaboration, and customer service excellence. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, check splitting, and transaction processing.
