Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service. Take customer orders accurately and process payments. Prepare food and beverages according to company standards and recipes. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, counters, and equipment. Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures. Restock food, beverages, packaging, and other supplies as needed. Operate POS/cash-register systems and handle cash accurately. Package orders correctly for dine-in, takeout, and delivery. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Follow company policies and operational procedures. Work effectively with other crew members and managers during busy periods. Respond to customer questions and concerns in a courteous manner. Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation. Help with basic inventory and receiving tasks when assigned. Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the manager. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred; food industry or café experience is a plus. Demonstrated skills in food preparation, food handling, and sanitation practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow food safety regulations diligently. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash register operations.
