We are seeking a motivated and energetic Line Set worker to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting the prep manager with the daily prep list, and maintaining a clean work environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming dining environment and uphold our high standards for food quality and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills while contributing to a vibrant food service operation. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, dicing, and portioning according to recipes and menu specifications Assist with food preparation tasks to execute completion of the daily prep list Support cooking activities by following established procedures and safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies Handle food safely by adhering to sanitation standards, proper food handling techniques, and HACCP protocols Ensure all food service activities comply with health regulations and safety standards Experience Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience is highly desirable Kitchen experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices is essential Experience in meal preparation and food safety protocols will be advantageous Strong knife skills and proficiency in basic culinary tasks are important for success in this role Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to assist with special meal requests is a plus
