Duties Assist in the preparation and cooking of various menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Follow food safety guidelines and best practices in handling and preparing food. Support the team during busy service periods, ensuring timely delivery of meals to guests. Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies as needed. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen environment such as a restaurant, hotel, or banquet facility is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques and recipes. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with kitchen work.
