Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure quality and consistency Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards Handle food handling responsibilities safely, including proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients Support cooking activities by following instructions from chefs or kitchen managers to prepare dishes efficiently Assist with setup and service, ensuring all food presentation meets quality standards Support customer service efforts by responding professionally to guest inquiries related to food or service needs Follow all food safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure guest safety Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences in both restaurant and hotel environments Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards is highly desirable Experience with cooking, food preparation will be advantageous Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment are vital Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably Prior kitchen experience or is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Join us in creating exceptional dining moments!
