As a FOH Team Member, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, crafting espresso and specialty beverages, and preparing acai bowls, all while contributing to a vibrant and welcoming dining experience for our guests. As a BOH Team Member, you will play a key role in food preparation and kitchen operations, contributing to a vibrant dining experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests Take and process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attentiveness Prepare and craft a variety of espresso and specialty beverages to perfection Assemble and serve acai bowls, smoothies, and boba ensuring consistent quality and presentation Run food orders to guests and maintaining the dining room Follow standardized recipes and procedures to maintain the integrity of our menu offerings Handle food ingredients and beverages safely, adhering to hygiene and sanitation guidelines to uphold food safety standards Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations Participate in opening and closing duties Embrace a culture of collective responsibility for maintaining a welcoming and clean café environment Demonstrate openness to growth and change, contributing positively to the development of our team and operations Prepare and cook food using commercial kitchen equipment

Compensation:

Starting wage: $12.50 per hour plus split tip pool

Tip Arrangement:

Tips are distributed evenly among all team members based on hours worked specific to that day.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or food service environment is desirable Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Strong communication and teamwork skills Weekend availability required
