Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate a POS system efficiently for order processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to sanitation guidelines. Assist in food handling, including bussing tables and managing cash handling duties. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and upselling menu items. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food storage practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Handle cashiering responsibilities accurately, including basic math for transactions. Support team members in various tasks as needed to maintain a smooth operation. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or quick service/fast food environment is preferred. Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. A passion for the food industry and commitment to providing high-quality service.
