(Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas) Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast-paced environment at our quick-service bakery inside of Meijer. As a Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring high food quality, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and with attention to detail. Assist with food preparation, ensuring all food items meet safety and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and station area, including regularly sanitizing surfaces and equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations, particularly during busy periods. Effectively manage time to complete tasks promptly without compromising quality or service standards. Follow all food safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guests.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., QU POS or similar) is a plus. Strong math skills to handle cash transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy setting. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating self-motivation. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in food preparation and customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
