Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including kitchen equipment and dining areas Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision Assist customers with inquiries, upselling menu items or products to enhance their experience Follow food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices at all times Skills Proven experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast food environments Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy shifts Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your enthusiasm fuels great experiences!
