We are a "sit-down deli-style" restaurant where customers come up to order their food, and we call out their number when it is ready. No restaurant experience is required, and we offer on-site paid training. Full Job Description Front Team (cashiers)

• Work in a team and communicate with fellow employees and customers.
• Greet customers and serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Use a POS system for putting in orders, settling guest checks, to-go orders, and timekeeping purposes.
• Perform correct money transactions.
• Clear/sanitize tables Kitchen Team (line worker, food prep, etc.)
• Maintain strong communication skills with coworkers to keep the kitchen running effectively
• Prepare food items during shifts
• Read food tickets thoroughly
• Have time management to ensure orders get sent out in a timely manner
• Keep a clean workspace

Pay:

Starts at $12/hr and can go up to $16/hr (unless there is experience present on hiring, in which pay may reflect the amount of restaurant experience). Open to negotiating starting pay as needed.

Supplemental Pay:

Even though there are no "serving" positions, customers are generous to leave tips that get split up with all crew members working that shift.

Job Types :

Full-time, Part-time (Shifts can range from day shifts to night shifts, hours may vary depending on shifts) We are closed on all major holidays, and have scheduling flexibility.

What We Provide :

Employees will be given a Woody's Oasis shirt that should be worn during shifts. We ask for long hair to be put up or braided and the use of a hair net as necessary. Gloves are always worn while handling any food items. Working employees get 50% off their meals on break and they and their family may receive 10% off any purchase made when not working.
