Job Description
Goodrich Area Schools Food Service Substitutes Qualifications and Requirements Ability to assist in food preparation and serving in a timely productive manner. Wear uniform while on duty. Able to work fast and be flexible on work areas. Help wherever there is a need when not busy. Be a team player. Have good rapport with staff and children. Prepare condiments. Learn to operate and maintain all kitchen equipment. Assist in dish room. Abide by all Health Department rules and regulations, and continue to keep up with new requirements as mandated by the USDA. Essential Functions and Representative Duties Work daily in assigned school and position as assigned by FSD. Identify reimbursable lunch and breakfast. Must be able to make up special orders on demand or for various activities, sometimes on short notice. Be very flexible. Help keep kitchen and equipment clean and up to sanitary codes. Be able to cashier and/or serve all customers.
