• Join our dynamic kitchen team as a Kitchen Team Member and be part of a fast-paced and exciting culinary environment. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

• Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation, including cutting, chopping, and marinating ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
• Support the culinary team during service by expediting orders and ensuring timely delivery
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Adhere to food safety standards and procedures at all times

• Requirements:

• Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, culinary students have priority
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling techniques
• Strong hospitality mindset with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to assist team members and work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with other departments such as front of house staff
