Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, ensuring ingredients are handled safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning routines Support food running duties by delivering orders promptly to guests and servers Help with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and managing waste to keep the dining area tidy Follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy items or supplies to prevent injuries Support the team with manual handling tasks such as stocking supplies and moving kitchen equipment Provide in-person customer service by addressing guest needs courteously and professionally Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS for order processing when required Adhere to food safety standards during food handling and preparation processes Assist with general kitchen operations to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following safe lifting practices Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Experience with POS systems such as Toast POS or similar platforms is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and manual handling throughout shifts Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
