Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order taking and cash handling. Serve customers promptly with a friendly attitude, upselling menu items to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas including dining spaces, kitchen stations, and food prep zones. Manage food safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service at the register or drive-thru window. Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Experience working in quick service or fast food restaurants helps build confidence in a fast-paced setting. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations are essential. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices ensures a safe environment for both team members and guests. Previous roles in retail stores or grocery environments can provide valuable customer service experience applicable to this role.
