Job Description
All Team members will be required to follow local, state, and federal guidelines for food safety and sanitation. Uniforms will be provided based on the concept you are assigned to. All team members are expected to maintain a positive environment for our guests and any tasks assigned by management. BoH and Prep will be responsible for keeping all items required for their assigned concept prepared and available daily, wash dishes as needed, and maintain a clean and organized prep area, walk in cooler and freezer, and back room. Line Cooks and Workers will be responsible for the cooking and packaging of products on line, following proper guidelines and builds as determined by their assigned concept. They will also be responsible for keeping their respective areas clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready. Depending on availability, procedures for opening and closing are to be followed, and may include food prep, cleaning, stocking, or other tasks which may not be completed throughout the day. Cashiers are responsible for proper and accurate cash handling, maintaining cleanliness of any drink stations, condiment bars, and lobby area, and ensuring that products are packaged properly and accurately.
