This is a fast-paced commercial baking environment. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable: Duties Adhere to all food safety regulations and best practices to ensure a hygienic environment. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by senior kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including countertops, utensils, appliances, and floors. Support in organizing kitchen supplies and ensuring proper storage of ingredients. Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to uphold health standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods. Handle waste disposal responsibly and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed. Qualifications Prior experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential. Ability to perform cleaning duties thoroughly and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
