Restaurant Team Member Who You Are At Bad Brads BBQ, our Restaurant Team Members create an exceptional experience for every guest from the moment they walk through our doors until they leave. Whether you're hosting, serving, assisting guests in carryout, or supporting the dining room as a busser/food runner, you'll be part of a team that values hospitality, teamwork, and a positive attitude. What You'll Do Host Responsibilities Welcome every guest with a smile and provide a great first impression. Manage the waitlist and seating chart using iPads. Quote wait times and seat guests efficiently while maintaining server rotation. Communicate with servers regarding new tables. Assist guests and address questions or concerns professionally. Help run food, bus tables, and maintain a clean, organized lobby and dining room. Carryout Responsibilities Greet carryout guests and answer phones using company standards. Take phone, online, and delivery orders accurately. Package food and beverages while ensuring order accuracy. Communicate with the kitchen to ensure timely order completion. Handle cash, credit cards, gift cards, and coupons accurately. Assist with catering order preparation and stock sauces and supplies. Server Responsibilities Provide attentive, friendly service throughout each guest's dining experience. Take food and beverage orders while offering menu recommendations. Deliver food and drinks accurately and efficiently. Stay knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and preparation methods. Process guest payments accurately. Maintain clean tables and dining areas while following food safety and sanitation standards.
