In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious menu items, managing customer orders efficiently using POS systems, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Duties Prepare food items accurately and efficiently according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders, payments, and sales transactions Assist customers with their orders, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, kitchen equipment, and dining area in compliance with food safety regulations Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage food service customer order management Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth daily operations and quick service delivery Support food safety management practices by following sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and inventory counts Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace in accordance with sanitation standards This role offers an engaging environment where your energy makes a difference!
