Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining food safety standards while assisting in various operational tasks within the restaurant. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience. Assist in food preparation, ensuring that all items are prepared according to safety and quality standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing the Aloha POS system for processing orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Support kitchen staff during peak hours by helping with food assembly and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication throughout the restaurant. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset to provide outstanding service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A willingness to learn new skills and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
