Operate POS systems process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling additional items to enhance the guest experience while maximizing sales opportunities. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols at all times. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed. Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely, supporting food preparation tasks as needed in a quick service or café setting. Support team members during busy periods by managing food service customer orders promptly and professionally. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or café environments is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume periods. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately.
