Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Prepare food items efficiently following safety and quality standards, including basic food handling and sanitation practices Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with care Upsell menu items to enhance sales and maximize revenue opportunities through friendly suggestions Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, and ensuring the restaurant meets sanitation regulations Assist with food delivery from kitchen to customers, ensuring timely service in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring food safety protocols Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and retail math calculations Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards Ability to operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS with accuracy Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform cleaning duties as needed Experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or cafés is a plus but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your energy fuels our success!
