Kitchen Duties and Responsibilities:

Food Preparation Prepare ingredients according to recipes and portion standards, including cutting, marinating, and cooking. Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and prep stations. Cooking and Assembly Cook menu items to order with accuracy and speed. Assemble dishes to match visual and quality standards before serving. Cleanliness and Organization Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage and labeling. Participate in end-of-shift cleaning tasks and assist in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness. Team Collaboration Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members. Support team members by multitasking during peak service times. Team Member•Kitchen Requirements and Qualifications Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot environment Ability to lift at least 20 pounds Manual dexterity to handle knives and kitchen equipment safely Past experience as a line cook and/or culinary education ServSafe certified Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of knives, hot surfaces, and other kitchen equipment Follow company policies, procedures, and standards
