Overview Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Crew Member and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! Whether you're handling food, managing transactions, or maintaining a clean workspace, your contributions will keep our restaurant running smoothly and efficiently. Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately, ensuring quality standards are met at all times Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders, sales transactions, and payments efficiently Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including kitchen equipment, dining areas, and food handling stations in compliance with food safety standards Manage cash register operations by processing cash transactions accurately and handling cash safely Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively to support food preparation activities Support retail sales transactions when applicable, including processing grocery or merchandise purchases with accuracy Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred; familiarity with food industry standards is a plus Demonstrated ability to handle food preparation tasks while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Proven customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and order processing Knowledge of food safety management practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience working in a restaurant, café, grocery store, or retail environment will help you succeed in this role Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while developing your skills in the food industry!
