Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and cooking to support the kitchen team in delivering delicious meals efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste Support food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations Buss tables and clear dishes promptly to keep dining areas tidy and inviting Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting tasks safely during food setup, delivery, and cleanup processes Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent in-person customer service Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and payments accurately Follow safe lifting practices during food running and supply restocking tasks Assist with banquet setups or special events as needed, ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks smoothly in a bustling environment Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments with a focus on customer satisfaction Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and proper sanitation procedures Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members and guests Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order management Experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles preferred but not required Previous banquet or hotel experience is a plus for supporting large-scale events or guest services Excellent teamwork skills combined with a positive attitude under pressure Knowledge of safe lifting practices to prevent injuries during busy kitchen operations Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through quality food service.
