This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fun environment and providing great service to guests. Job Responsibilities As a Kitchen Team Member, you will help with the day-to-day operation of our kitchen and café, including: Preparing food and completing daily food prep Taking guest food and beverage orders Preparing and serving food and beverage orders Following recipes and proper portioning Keeping the kitchen, counters, equipment, and service areas clean and organized Washing dishes and kitchen utensils Restocking food, beverages, and supplies Completing opening and closing duties Following proper food safety and sanitation procedures Providing friendly and efficient customer service Assisting with other kitchen duties as needed Qualifications Must be dependable and have a positive attitude Comfortable interacting with guests and taking orders Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to stand and be on your feet for extended periods of time Must be available to work daytime shifts and weekends Previous kitchen, restaurant, café, or food service experience is preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and help wherever needed About Lucky Shots Lucky Shots is an indoor pickleball club in Northeast Minneapolis offering pickleball, leagues, tournaments, events, food and beverages, and more.
