Job Summary Red Cow 50th & France is seeking a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Restaurant Team Member to support daily restaurant operations. This role involves assisting guests, supporting food and beverage service, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and working closely with the restaurant team to provide a welcoming dining experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service. Assist with taking and processing customer orders accurately. Support food and beverage preparation and service as needed. Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately. Answer guest questions and provide assistance with menu selections. Maintain clean and organized dining areas, counters, service stations, and workspaces. Clear and reset tables throughout service. Restock food, beverage, and service supplies as needed. Follow food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Assist servers, kitchen staff, hosts, and other team members during busy periods. Prepare service areas and supplies before and during each shift. Assist with point-of-sale and payment procedures as assigned. Respond to guest requests and concerns in a courteous manner. Support opening, closing, and general restaurant maintenance duties. Communicate operational needs and customer feedback to supervisors. Perform other restaurant service and team-support duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, food service, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, dependable, and guest-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good attention to detail and order accuracy. Willingness to learn restaurant procedures and service standards. Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety practices. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
