Diamond Dust is a bakery and coffee shop on Sunrise Drive, right next to Gustavus. We serve espresso and specialty drinks, fresh baked goods, and sandwiches and salads. We're a small crew under new local ownership, and we're looking for someone to help run our kitchen. What you'll do Prep and build sandwiches and salads Bake pastries, cookies, bars, and desserts Follow recipes and build sheets so everything comes out the same every time Keep your station, the kitchen, and dishes clean and organized Help out behind the espresso bar when needed What matters most to us You show up for your shifts, on time You let us know early when something comes up, and you speak up when we're running low or something seems off You keep busy, even when it's quiet You work well with a small team Kitchen or baking experience is a plus. We'll train you on our recipes and how we do things. Shifts Flexible hours between 5 am and 1 pm. Let us know what works for you.
