Job Description

• Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, equipment, and floors, in accordance with health and safety regulationsWash, sanitize, and properly store kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishwareManage kitchen waste disposal and recycling procedures in compliance with facility standardsPerform routine maintenance checks on kitchen equipment and report any issues to managementAssist with food preparation areas and ensure proper organization of kitchen supplies and inventorySupport kitchen staff by maintaining an organized and efficient work environmentAdhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environmentRespond promptly to requests from kitchen and dining service staffMaintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate protective equipment at all timesContribute to a positive team environment and support operational excellenceQualifications•

Qualifications:

• Experience in kitchen sanitation, dishwashing, or food service support Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols and health code regulationsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularlyPhysical capability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a teamReliable attendance and punctualityAdhere to all facility safety standards and proceduresExperience with commercial kitchen equipment and machineryPrevious experience in a high-volume food service operation•
