ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer to the Executive Sous Chefs and Cooks. Maintain proper sanitation and health department standards in all kitchen areas. Keep the kitchen in a clean and safe manner at all times. Know and follow all the St. Jo Frontier Casino policies and procedures. Perform any other job asked by management. Keep work area clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter. Maintain working relationship with all co-workers, maintain open communication with the Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef at all times. Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.
