Job Description
Restaurant Crew Member Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Restaurant Crew Member to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring food safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, ready to contribute to a smooth and efficient restaurant operation. This is an hourly position with variable scheduling based on restaurant sales, customer volume, availability, and business needs. Hours are not guaranteed. New hires begin in a 60-day introductory period. Duties Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately to process customer transactions Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including dining areas, kitchen stations, and restrooms Support food safety management by adhering to health and safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Assist in food preparation and packaging as needed Provide friendly and prompt service to guests, addressing their needs courteously Restock supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly for daily operations Follow all safety guidelines and restaurant policies to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers Qualifications Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Basic math skills for cash register operations Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join our team as a Restaurant Crew Member to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry while contributing to an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
