Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Restaurant Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting daily restaurant operations. This position offers an engaging work experience for individuals who enjoy fast-paced settings and working with food and customers. This is an hourly position with variable scheduling based on restaurant sales, customer volume, availability, and business needs. Hours are not guaranteed. New hires begin in a 60-day introductory period. Responsibilities Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth checkout experiences for customers. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to assist in food preparation and service. Manage customer orders with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Support food safety management practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Perform basic math calculations as needed for transactions and inventory management. Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues as required during busy periods. Qualifications Ability to perform basic math calculations reliably. Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers and team members. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly. Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
