This role is essential in ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests through effective food preparation, safety practices, and exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for hospitality and a desire to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the head chef or kitchen supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and disposing of waste properly. Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper food handling procedures are adhered to at all times. Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
