As a Front of House Team Member, you will work directly with and report to the Shift Lead(s), General Manager, Director of Operations, and Owner(s). Essential Functions:

• Greet all guests in a timely manner with an informative introduction to our menu
• Provide guests with information regarding flavor profiles of dishes and help guide them through the process to ensure that they have the best experience possible
• Answer any questions that guests may have regarding common allergens (gluten, dairy, etc) present in specified dishes
• Prepare nachos following proper portioning guidelines for chips, cheeses, proteins, and other various toppings
• Ensure that guests receive their food quickly and that each dish is prepared accurately and up to company standards. All dishes need to be executed consistently, with high attention to detail and "picture perfect" presentation
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant and aide in side work
• Ensure dining room is kept clean and organized at all times (trays/trash removed, tables wiped down, chairs pushed in/straightened)
• "Touch tables" by checking in with guests that are dining in and making sure that they enjoyed their nachos.
• Operate cash register, collect payments, and bag to go orders
• Operate with the highest level of genuine hospitality and care for our guests Knowledge and skills:
• Ability to fulfill standard order-taking expectations of a server, with complete knowledge of food and drinks, while providing friendly service.
• Ability to understand and comply with proper food handling techniques according to state and local serving guidelines
• Ability to timely identify and resolve basic issues as they arise
• Ability to stand and be on feet for extended periods of time in varied climate conditions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - scheduled days and times may vary based on business needs
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible and efficient
